Opportunity description
We are seeking for mentors with advanced entrepreneurial skills for Secondary School Entrepreneurship Programs. Mentors will provide advisory support through scheduled meetings (number varies) with students, offering feedback during various stages of a business idea development. Collaboration with the organizing teacher is vital, as both roles are interdependent and complementary.
Opportunity conditions
Recognizing the need for business volunteers to familiarize themselves with the needs and operating conditions of the school environment, and the cooperation with the responsible teacher, JA Greece supports their contribution through a short online mentor training program (certificate of attendance is provided). During the Programs implementation, and depending on their duration, there are updates, online or f2f meetings to receive feedback from the mentors and exchange experiences between new and older volunteers.
Opportunity requirements
The volunteer mentors shall follow a code of conduct that is shared with them from JA Greece and which governs their mentoring relationship with the students.
