On August 31, 2022 VET3D partnership had the monthly meeting to discuss Result 2 development. R2 “COLLECTION OF GOOD PRACTICES FOR THE ENHANCED INTEGRATION OF THE 3-D IN VET EDUCATION FORMAL, NON- FORMAL, WORK-BASED LEARNING AND LEARNING MOBILITY ” is dedicated to the research of soft skills in formal, non-formal and work-based learning in VET sector. Our preliminary literature review proved the assumption about skills mismatch with labor market needs, recognition of competencies, and lack of common approach how to promote soft skills across 3D learning. R2 activities will be national best practice collection, expert panel discussion and international expert meeting as well as in-depth analysis of VET student learning needs.
